Olivier Ribet joined Dassault Systèmes in 2013 and brought over 20 years of international experience in the software, high-tech and telecom markets.

Olivier is now in charge of developing the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia market and cross-industry corporate initiatives. Olivier spent over a decade at Microsoft, where he held several senior management positions and was part of a team that was granted a patent for a method of extracting key terms in text mining.

Educated at Singularity University, NASA, a background as Political Advisor to Sweden’s Deputy Prime Minister, official youth representative to the UN Commission on Sustainable Development and named one of Swedens Top Future Female Leaders.

Rebecka will share insights for business development about how companies can upgrade to new business models based on the new opportunities that comes with sustainability and exponential tech.

Philip Haller was part of multinational digitalization transformation projects in various functions on the business and IT side in different companies since several years. Since 2018, he has been responsible for the PLM department at B.Braun and has been nominated as Program Manager on the IT side for the group-wide PLM program, which aims a global introduction of a PLM platform.

In 2017 he successfully completed his certification as PLM Professional at the Fraunhofer cooperation.

Katja has been with Arla Foods for 12 years, primarily in marketing, managing various global teams. For the past years she has been working on improving and aligning the way Arla do Product Management and Product Lifecycle Management globally.

Currently Katja is leading the Arla PLM program and the business transformation, and at the forum she will present their PLM journey to drive transparency and sustainable innovation in a global dairy business.

Palle Klærke

Senior IT Manager, PLM Arla Foods

Palle joined Arla in 2017 after 20 years of leading large agile software delivery programs to the healthcare, defense and public sector. Bringing business and IT together, Palle and Katja Maria Brittmann are leading the agile PLM business transformation program in Arla introducing a new way of working based on 3DEXPERIENCE.

Dr Arto Tolonen received both his MSc in Mechanical Engineering (1992) and Dr in Industrial Engineering and Management (2016)  from the University of Oulu, Finland.

He has over 20 years of experience in R&D, SCM and Product Management processes in global companies. Currently, he is the Chief Development Officer at Lehto Group.

Lehto is a fast growing construction and real estate group, operating in three service areas: Business Premises, Housing and Social Care and Educational Premises. Lehto is an innovator and pioneer of the construction sector. Their economically driven operating model makes construction more profitable, ensures the quality of construction and brings significant time and cost savings to the customer. 

With over 30 years of AEC experience, Patrick Mays is part of the core team driving the CCT (Construction, Cities & Territories) industry strategy at Dassault Systèmes.

Described as one of the most visionary and strategic IT thinkers in the industry, Patrick's passion for helping companies navigate the difficult process of changing their business models to match the evolving industry requirements is second to none. Patrick will share his experiences from the latest industry trends when it comes to both lean construction and lean manufacturing.

Zlatko Šimunec, electrical engineer, established CADCAM Group 28 years ago as the answer to the customer’s needs in southeast Europe, Adriatic region, with focus on Mechatronic MCAD/ECAD solutions embedded in the whole PLM process. He has a lot of experience in consulting and implementation of Dassault Systèmes PLM solution with Mentor, Cadence and Altium ECAD software and combine this processes together.

Dolf has 11 years of experience of guiding customers to the right simulation solutions, and has been with TECHNIA/SIMULEON since 2012. 

Using entry level simulation across engineering departments has already shown its benefits for multiple businesses for many years. As entry level simulation isn’t the final destination, these benefits can even be more improved by carefully extending the scope of analysis carried out with high-end Simulation.

Chris has been with Vanderlande for 15 years, coming from the R&D department and moving into his current role as Workflow Information Systems Manager, managing a team of dedicated IT professionals.

For the past few years, Chris has been working on implementing the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform within 21 sites around the globe. Currently Chris is leading the VIPE Project within Vanderlande and the related business transformation.

Anders Malmberg will present why, what, when and how Scania run the Starling project. Starling will deliver functionality for Product Development, Production, Sales and Service. While functionality is important, Scania always have in mind the importance of Change Management (solution adoption), Migration, Integration and Co-Existence.

Anders will provide an insight into the partnership with Dassault Systèmes and their interest in developing out-of-the-box solutions for critical Scania functionality within the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. Scania has also built a lot of its own solutions to support Modularization in the existing V5 platform.

James Roche has over 30 years of experience in digital transformation and IT enablement of product lifecycle processes. He has been a strategic advisor, program manager, and solution architect for PLM programs around the world.
Mr. Roche leads development and delivery of CIMdata’s offerings for Aerospace & Defense. This role includes facilitation of the Aerospace & Defense PLM Action Group (www.ad-pag.com).
Mr. Roche was PLM Practice Manager at CSC Consulting and at A.T. Kearney, where he led delivery of PLM services for international clients in multiple industries. Previously with EDS, Mr. Roche served as chief architect for General Motors’ worldwide engineering systems.

Garth Coleman is VP of Marketing at Dassault Systemes, ENOVIA and an expert in the areas of CAD, PDM, and PLM with a deep understanding of cloud, change management, 3D visualization, and immersive virtual reality technologies.

Mike Zepp is an Industry Process Expert & Consultant for product environmental compliance at Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA with 25+ years of experience in chemical substance content compliance of manufactured products.

Mike previously worked at Johnson Controls Automotive (1996-2005), where he led the creation, implementation, and ISO-9000 certification of JCI’s business processes and IT solutions for environmental materials compliance data management. </>

Prior to joining JCI, Mike spent 16 years doing polymer development R&D for GE Plastics, Dow Chemical and Basell Polyolefins. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Gian Paolo Bassi brings over 25 years of experience in 3D, CAD, and PLM industries to Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS Corp. As CEO, Gian Paolo spearheads the development of SOLIDWORKS’ future product and technology strategies designed for the desktop and the cloud, and collaboration with the brand’s strong user community. He most recently served as the vice president of research and development, where he was responsible for charting future product and technology strategies, including the development of the brand’s cloud applications.

Naim started working for Dassault Systèmes in 2006 as a solution manager in SmarTeam, where he led the define process of a strategic solution for the Mid-Market. Naim's role today is ENOVIA Portfolio Marketing Director, for DMU (Digital mockup), Configuration and Product Development topics. His areas of responsibility include working with the Brand Portfolio Managers to ensure timely, effective, and complete go-to-market readiness for my respective ENOVIA products per each product release.

Peter Bilello has more than 35 years of experience in the development of business-enabling IT solutions for research, engineering, and manufacturing organizations worldwide. He has participated in PLM analysis, selection, implementation, and training; CAD/CAM/CAE/CIM implementation and management; synchronous and lean manufacturing consulting; software engineering; and general data management strategy development and support. He has authored numerous papers and research reports on PLM and related topics, and his articles, commentaries, and perspectives have appeared in publications throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Mr. Bilello has been directly involved with consultation on the selection, integration, and implementation of large-scale PLM solutions. He has spoken on a number of different PLM-related topics in Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Mr. Bilello holds a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Physics from California State University, Fullerton, and an MSE in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from The University of Michigan.

Roger Tempest co-founded the PLM Interest Group in 2004 as a proactive force for change in PLM. In 2017 the PLMIG launched the Professional PLM Initiative, which aims to establish a profession for PLM practitioners on the same level as engineering, law and accountancy.

Roger’s presentation reviews the plans for a profession and the progress that is being made. It shows how you can use professionalism to raise standards in your implementation, and to expand the horizons of what PLM can achieve. The session is interactive, with time for group discussion.

Jos Voskuil of TacIT and the PLM Green Alliance, is a business consultant with a focus on mid-market companies, assisting PLM implementers and customers in their stepped approach towards PLM.

Since 2001 Jos has worked to bring the customer experiences back to development teams and partners. This global role means that Jos works with customers and colleagues across the world through a virtual PLM space.

Jonas Gejer is the CEO of TECHNIA. With 30+ years of experience in PLM, CAD/CAM, Jonas boasts broad and international experience in introducing PLM to most industries.

Daniel is a Partner at Brick Strategy, a management consulting company specialized in modularization and product strategies.

20 years ago, he learned modularization at Scania, the company that “invented” modularization. During the past 15 years Daniel has worked as a consultant supporting leading industrial companies in implementing modularization.

Daniel will provide inspiration on how modularization can be used to manage product complexity and to structure product data in your PLM-system, which is the foundation for product configuration and Industry 4.0.

Lars Albinsson's experience from digital innovation projects (Volvo, IKEA, Microsoft) and radical urban development projects (relocating mining cities and earth quake recovery) has given him loads of credit when it comes to questioning old truths and approaching situations from unexpected angles by combining fresh new ideas and technologies.

Lars is now confident that the AEC industry is ready to take the leap to becoming more efficient and sustainable by using modern IT-tools supporting their daily operations.

Bernard Charlès was appointed president and chief executive officer of Dassault Systèmes in September 1995 and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2016. Today, the Company, world leader in 3D software, is a global top-ten software company.

Charlès has helped instil a culture of ongoing innovation to further consolidate Dassault Systèmes’ scientific capabilities and make science part of the company’s DNA. He joined Dassault Systèmes in 1983 to develop new design technologies. In 1986 he founded a dedicated New Technologies, Research & Development, and Strategy department. In 1988 he was appointed president of Strategy, Research & Development, helping establish CATIA as the world’s number one product design software.

Fabian Hoefer has several years of experience with CAx and PLM. After R&D positions designing Spinal Implants, in 2013 he took over the responsibility for CAD Coordination for the Aesculap division. During this time, he established the current CAx environment for the international R&D locations and introduced later the CAx Team.

Since early 2018 his focus is the introduction of the companywide PLM program with a global perspective as the Business Program Lead.

Jeroen followed up his MSc in Mechanical Engineering (1997) from University of Delft, the Netherlands with over 20 years of experience as a workflow consultant in Civil Infrastructure. Mainly business to business workflow.

In addition Jeroen started in 2005 a software as a service platform called Alfamail to help organisations structure their business to business (and internal) communication and easily exchange information between organisations. Over the years becoming one of the two big players on the Dutch Civil Infrastructure market for business to business workflows.
